In recent years the number of system of ruless is rising, consequently the ambition between them is increasing. In order to remain competitive ability, institutions should provide uplifted public presentation in production. For identifying what leads to high productivity, the key elements of organization should be analyzed. Its obviously that the core of any organization is human element. There is not product with bug out employee, and consequently there is not organization without earnforce. Human naturally has aim in doing any action. People study for working, and then they work for earning and try to find their places in society. Though they seem always redeem aim and toward which they go forward. However, some people cant finalize what they want, and refuse doing attempts to change anything in their boring life. The same situation whitethorn occur in workplace. Furthermore, workers doing the same work every day, they often tonicity dull and bore from their work, as a re sult productivity starts decreasing. hence the organizations leadership and management have been searching out various effective methods which lead workforce to high level of performance for many years. Researches and studies determined that employee should be motivated and engaged, moreover it was determined that it is function of organizations leadership and management to engage and motivate workforce. Consequently, as Gordon said, Now the main job of leaders and managers are to motivate employee (Gordon, 2010). This date is going to point out why and how leadership and management of the organization responsible for engaged and incentive workforce. Therefore, firstly will be analyze the nature of motivated workforce, engaged workforce and difference between wrong of l... ...ng their way. The reson of this is that another organizations leaders and mangers didnt focus on psychological factor. They didnt pay attention to the behaviour and treatment. The employees of Toyota we re intrinsic motivated and they believed to their purpose concern with the future of the company. In the own way this trust and purpose were appeared with efforts of leaders and manager. As can be seen from above discussion, management and leadership appropriate a large amount of importance in engaging and motive workforce. Because, the aim of leaders and managers is amplify the productivity of organization. The level of productivity of the organization rises if performance of the employees increases. Consequently the performance of employees depends on the amount of their motivation. Apparently the leadership and management role in engaging workforce is very big.
